Triple Chocolate No-Churn Ice Cream

Fall is here, and the weather is finally getting chilly! And no, I didn’t even make anything seasonal! Yes, I’m just as surprised as you, but I’m already in jeans and a flannel. Haha! This recipe is SO easy and pretty cheap to make, so enjoy this chocolatey treat!

Although I love long, detailed, complicated recipes, quick delicious recipes have been my go to as of late due to my new mommy duties. This recipe took me about 5 minutes to whip together (literally!), plus I already had the brownies made. I’m excited to try out different ice cream flavor and fill my freezer and my friends bellies with yummy homemade ice cream!
I’ve made ice cream before, but I had to temper eggs and churn it, and it was just a bit pricey to make. I’m in love with this recipe because of simple it is.

Triple Chocolate No-Churn Ice Cream

  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa (to taste)
  • 2 Cups Brownie Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chunks
  1. Using hand mixer, beat heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.
  2. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and cocoa.
  3. Fold in brownies and chocolate chunks.
  4. Transfer mixture to container. (I use a half gallon plastic container)
  5. Cover and freeze overnight.
Enjoy this sweet treat!   Xoxo
